  免费注册顶级域名.cg和.rw

  先进入 http://www.nic.cg/cgi-bin/search.pl
  在这里输入你要注册的youname.cg或者.rw
  如果注册了，就会出现ALREADY TAKEN.几个红字
  没注册就出现一个叫填EMAIL的框
  填入你的EMAIL(注意：国外邮箱不能申请)
  
  然后进入下一页
  Domain Name : xxx
  Domain Country : .cg
  You can also register the domain in the following country at once : .rw
  Is this domain to be delegated to
  a Citizen/resident of the country ? No Yes (copy of passport will be required) If you already have registered a free domain, you must select \'No\'. 就选NO
  
  Organization registering the domain
  Name Surname : 名字
  Organization name : 组织
  Street : 街道
  City - Zip Code : 城市和邮编
  Country : 国家选china
  Telephone : 电话
  Telefax : 传真号码
  E-Mail Address : 电子邮件（这个要和刚才填的一样）
  IMPORTANT: not the e-mail of the registrar but the Delegated Organization\'s email address, so that we may have a direct contact with them. The registrar can use the billing e-mail address BUT NOT THIS ONE. This is a cause of rejection.
  
  下面的基本上和上面填的一样，对照着填就行了

  下面填DNS服务器信息，我用的是POWERDNS的
  DNS Information
  Primary DNS Host Name : dns-eu1.powerdns.net
  Primary DNS IP Address : 213.244.168.217
  Secondary DNS Host Name : dns-eu2.powerdns.net
  Secondary DNS IP Address : 212.72.55.217
  
  Please choose a password: 填密码
  This password will allow you to login to our web site to view the status of your request, change contact information, dns etc... Password:
  Re-enter Password: 再填一次密码
  
  OK，注册流程基本上到这就完毕了！等48个小时后，会收到第二封信通知你是否成功。
  
  注册成功后，去 http://express.powerdns.com 或其它站点做域名解析。将域名指向你的空间就OK了！
